Ownership and permitted use
NOUNPro’s original text, design, branding, databases, product presentation and commissioned resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership; it provides only the personal-use licence stated in our Terms.
User and contributor responsibility
Anyone submitting a document, listing or service material must own it, have permission to use it, or rely on a lawful exception. Contributors must not upload pirated textbooks, restricted course materials, stolen assessment content or another person’s work presented as original.

Review process
We may request supporting evidence, temporarily limit access during review, contact the uploader or provider, remove material, restore material where a complaint is not substantiated, or take other proportionate action. Knowingly false or abusive notices may result in liability or account restrictions.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or contributor access may be suspended or terminated for repeated or serious infringement. We may preserve relevant records where needed to resolve a complaint or meet legal obligations.
Trademarks and institutional names
NOUNPro is an independent platform. University names, course codes and course titles are used for descriptive identification and do not imply endorsement. See our Independence Disclosure for details.
