Acceptance
By accessing NOUNPro, creating an account or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Academic Integrity Policy and any additional terms clearly shown before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access details secure. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Products and licences
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital resource gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for lawful private study. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload, share access to, remove ownership notices from or commercially exploit the resource.
Service requests
The agreed service scope, price, deadline, required information and delivery format will be stated or confirmed for each request. You must supply accurate information and respond when clarification is needed. Material changes to the scope or deadline may require a revised price or delivery date.
Academic use
All resources and services must be used consistently with our Academic Integrity Policy and your institution’s rules. We may refuse requests or restrict accounts where misuse is suspected.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the stated currency and may change before an order is placed. An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully verified. We may correct obvious pricing or catalogue errors and will offer an appropriate refund where an affected order cannot be fulfilled.
No grade or outcome guarantee
Educational resources and support can improve preparation but cannot guarantee marks, examination questions, approval of a topic, project acceptance, graduation or any academic outcome. Students remain responsible for their decisions, submissions and performance.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. Purchased access rights remain subject to the product terms and applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NOUNPro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Any direct liability connected with a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abusive conduct, security threats, intellectual-property infringement, non-payment or serious violation of these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, acceptable use and liability survive termination where relevant.
