Refund policy

The conditions for refund requests involving digital resources, duplicate payments and academic support services.

Digital resources

Because a digital file can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once the file has been opened, downloaded or otherwise made accessible. Before payment, review the course code, title, session, resource type, file format and description.

A refund or replacement may be considered where the wrong file was delivered, the file is materially corrupted, the resource is substantially different from its description, or payment succeeded but access was not provided after reasonable troubleshooting.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded to the original payment method. If you paid for the wrong item and have not accessed it, contact us promptly; we may offer a replacement, account credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

Services

For a service request, refund eligibility depends on how much work has begun. A cancellation before work starts may qualify for a full refund, excluding any clearly disclosed non-refundable gateway or administrative charge. Once work begins, any refund may be reduced to cover work already completed.

Where delivered work does not match the agreed scope, the first remedy is normally a reasonable correction. A full or partial refund may be considered if the issue cannot be corrected.

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after accessing a digital product
  • Failure to read an accurate product description
  • Dissatisfaction based only on a grade or outcome that was never guaranteed
  • Delay caused by missing information, late responses or a changed deadline from the customer
  • Requests cancelled because they violate our Academic Integrity Policy

How to request a review

Use the contact form as soon as possible and include the account email, order reference, affected item or service, and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through an available method and processing time may depend on the payment provider.
