Information we collect

Depending on the feature you use, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, programme, department, level, study centre, account details, order history, service-request information, messages and files you choose to provide.

We may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, referring pages, approximate location, timestamps and interactions needed for security, analytics and reliable operation.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. NOUNPro should not store complete card numbers or security codes. Payment providers may send us transaction references, payment status and limited billing information needed to confirm and support an order.

How we use information

  • Create and protect accounts
  • Process payments, orders, downloads and service requests
  • Communicate about delivery, support and account activity
  • Personalise relevant course resources and services
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised access and policy violations
  • Improve platform usability and catalogue coverage
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations

Sharing

We may share only necessary information with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, messaging, analytics, file delivery and customer support. A service request may be shared with an assigned, appropriately bound provider where needed to deliver the requested support.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information as a standalone business activity.

Files and sensitive content

Do not upload passwords, portal credentials, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Remove third-party confidential information from academic documents unless you have authority to share it.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including order access, service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and necessary verification, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or ask questions about retention. Some records may need to be preserved for fraud prevention, transaction history or legal compliance.
